Navdeep Rajput is a dedicated and accomplished educational leader with a passion for fostering academic excellence and personal growth. With 22 years of experience in the field of chemistry teaching, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to student success, innovation in teaching methodologies, and creating a positive learning environment.
Navdeep Rajput earned her Doctorate (Ph.D. in Chemistry) from Punjab Technical University, Masters in Educational leadership (M.Ed. Honors) from American College of Education, Masters (M.Sc. Honors in Chemistry) & Bachelors (B.Sc. Honors in Chemistry) from Guru Nanak Dev University, and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Punjabi University. Her leadership style is characterized by strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a focus on empowering both students and educators to reach their full potential.
Throughout her career, Navdeep Rajput has spearheaded numerous initiatives aimed at improving curriculum, implementing technology-driven teaching methods, and promoting inclusivity and diversity within the school community.
