SUZANNA SAM

My name is Suzanna Sam. I am from the Peridot district and a proud member of the San Carlos Apache Tribe. I have been a long time resident and have come through our SCUSD school system. I am a graduate of San Carlos High School and love supporting our students in all aspects of education.
I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Arizona State University. I am currently working on my Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, in hopes to be able teach in the preschool setting one day soon.
I really love the work that I do, and feel so grateful to be of service to our Apache children in my community. I have been with our district for about 17 years or so. I am committed to the service of teaching and honored to be an educator at Rice Primary.
